Her expertise includes patient access, revenue-cycle optimization, operational transformation, denial prevention, regulatory compliance, healthcare technology, and workforce development. Throughout her career, she has helped organizations reduce financial leakage, improve patient experiences, strengthen accountability, and build more efficient and compassionate systems of care.

 

Jessica is the founder of DaRosa Trust and creator of Unfiltered & Unstoppable, a platform devoted to honest conversations about transformation, trauma, mental health, addiction, grief, spiritual awakening, and the courage required to rebuild one’s life. Drawing upon executive leadership, metaphysical education, spiritual practice, and lived experience, she creates spaces where people can release what no longer serves them and reconnect with their purpose.

 

Ordained as a minister in 2017, Jessica incorporates meditation, conscious living, energy awareness, mysticism, personal reflection, and holistic wellness into her spiritual work. She is also developing Golden Retreats—immersive experiences created to promote restoration, grounding, connection, and meaningful transformation.
